1、概述：本组合件适用于啤酒等行业，安装于100~400m3发酵罐，清酒罐罐体的顶部。组合件由法兰平盖，止回阀（气液分流器）、自动排气阀、防止真空阀、视镜及洗罐器（洗球）组成。它具有保压、稳压、防止真空以及气体回心等作用。 1、 将组件装置于罐顶人孔法兰上，连接气液分流器接管品。 2、自动排气阀与防止真空阀均为杠杆结构，可调杠杆上重锤的位置来设定工作压力。调整后应将重锤上的紧定螺钉紧固好。 3、自动排气阀可调整螺栓限定杠杆起跳高度来控制排气量。 4、罐体工作时，气液分流器接管口排出回收气体，洗罐时，该接管口由通发洗涤液。
