This product uses electrically heated tap water and get pure water by distillation.

It applies to make distilled water for medicine and sanitation, chemical industry, science research companies and laboratories.

I. Structural Features

 1 Steam Pan

The parts are made of high quality stainless steel sheet, after rolling, extension and advanced welding method to be finished.Cooling water through the cycle, water temperature has reached about 70℃,Continuously after water level controller into the evaporation in the pot to ensure keep the normal water level and make the heat can be fully used, also speed up the steam production. the central of the lid fitted with retaining cap to prevent splashing water droplets evaporators into the condenser, and affect the quality of distilled water,The bottom with drain valve, you can save water at any time.

2. Condenser

The parts are made of high quality stainless steel sheet and thin tube, with good thermal conductivity and higher heat efficiency.

3 Heating  Part

This unit is made of submerged electric heat pipe, TX copper as sheath

Surface treated, durable;Installed in the evaporation pot portion.

Note :Not to be used without water!

II, Operating and maintenance

1. Firstly Close the outlet valve

2. Turn on the water valve, Tap water from the water control valve into the condenser, and then from the return pipe into the evaporation pan until the water level rises to a glass water gauge at the center, turn off the water valve.

3. Connecting the power, when the water boiling, distilled water drip out, turn on the water valve again and adjust to the cooling water about at 70 ℃ ,distilled water temperature about at40 ℃ as well

4  Distilled water outlet pipe with smooth silicone rubber catheter and import into a clean glass distilled water.

5.  Should wash internal before using once a day, and will save water, and replace the new water to ensure the water quality.

6  Distilled water with scale, can wash it with acid and lye, clear thoroughly.

7  Before using, you need clean it first, then evaporate it advanced for 2 hours, until the distilled water quality conforms with the standards
