【性状】本品为白色片。

【鉴别】

(1) 取本品的细粉适量，(约相当于1片量)，加水5ml溶解，滤过，取滤液2ml，置磁皿中，加盐酸1ml与lv酸钾0.1g，在水浴上蒸干，将磁皿覆在盛有氨试液数滴的另一器皿上，残渣即显紫色。

(2) 取以上滤液少许，加水5ml，加三氯化铁试液，即发生赭色沉淀。

【检查】应符合片剂项下有关的各项规定。

【适应症】

主要用于：

1.解救因感染中毒、催眠药、麻醉药、镇痛药中毒引起的呼吸、循环衰竭。

2.与溴化物合用，使大脑皮层的兴奋、抑制过程恢复平衡，用于神经官能症。

3.与乙酰水杨酸制成复方制剂，用于一般性头痛。
