工作原理＊ypg系列喷雾干燥机是采用压力式喷嘴借助高压泵的压力将溶液，悬浮液、乳浊液，膏糊状物料雾化成细小液滴，然后与高温热空气进行快速交换，在极短时间内以简单的工艺迅速连续干燥成细颗粒状物料的设备。

working priciple＊ solution,suspension liquid,emulsion,paste material are atomized into fine drip by pressure spray nozzle under the pressure from high pressure pump,then theyare heat exchanged with high temperature quickly and contiuously dried to fine materials in a very short time and simple process.

选型请提供以下条件1·物料名称，状态。2·产量·处理液料量，含水量或含固量。3、原液料温度·比重，粘度表面涨力。4·进风温度、产品耐热温度。5、产品含水量，粒径。6，加热方式及热风与物料接触方式(顺流，逆流)。7，除尘装置。8、其它附属设备。9，安装场地条件。
