3JK型矩形块式换热器由矩形石墨封头、石墨换热器及其间的密封垫片等迭装组成。因换热块仅承受压力并为整体结构、无胶结缝，因而结构强度较高，抗冲击性良好。
　　水封侧板为铸铁板，检修装拆简便。也可制成双向防腐结构。该设备可作加热器、冷却器、冷凝器，物料流程可为1-4流程。
　　技术特性：（按HG/T31787-99制造） 许用温度：＜-20～150℃ 许用压力：0.3MPa
