◆与物料接触部分(工作仓)密封独立，密封独立，密封均采用双级以上组合密封并加气封，以保证洁净度要求，密封更可靠。

◆压片系统两压辊采用万向轴传动，偏置式喂料结构，设计更合理，片子成型更稳定。

◆水平、垂直、整料部分单独模块化设计，可单独移动开，便于拆装和清洗。

◆PLC系统联机控制，液晶屏人机界面操作，自动上料量的设定：垂直、水平、压片、整粒均采用变频设定；系统压力，以及从上料到筛分系统联机控制、参数显示及查询。

◆设备结构采用整体设计，水平铰龙可通过丝杠移出工作仓，水平和垂直可通过转轴旋转90°，方便清洁设备。
