小型干法制粒机GZL100特点

1、整机悬臂式设计将加工区与动力传动区*隔离且外形整洁，拆装清洗简便，实现了从粉体到颗粒的洁净密闭式生产。

2、操作屏采用304不锈钢材质制作，密封性好，可有效防尘、防溅，设计有脱气压力显示及调节功能，另外还有钥匙开关、急停等功能，设备各运行参数、紧急停机及切断电源时均可通过触摸屏即时操作。

3、所有与药物接触部分（工作腔）密闭独立，密封均采用双级以上组合密封，且密封符合FAD要求，旋转轴采用漏轴式结构，将传动区与制粒区严格分开，避免了传动区内润滑油泄露进制粒区的情况。

4、制粒系统安装有多处传感器及仪表，用于实现系统的自动化运行，其安装与设备内部且采用不锈钢材质或其表面进行防腐处理，符合GMP要求。

5、设备最小投料量100g，既可用于研发，亦可用于中试生产。
