结构说明：

泵为单吸或双吸进口的卧式节段式多级离心泵，泵的口可以垂直向上或水平、排出口垂直向上布置。主要有：进水段、中段、出水段、次级进水段、正导叶、反导叶、正叶轮、反叶轮、轴、节流套、减压装置、挡套、轴承体、过渡管等零件组成；中段由高强度的穿杠螺栓和进出水段联接，泵的进水段、中段、出水段之间的密封面均采用二硫化钼润滑脂金属面硬密封；转子由装在轴上的正叶轮、节流减压装置、反叶轮、轴套、轴承挡套等零件组成；轴承采用“固-游式"干油润滑结构，驱动端采用圆柱滚子轴承，末端采用角接触球轴承；泵的工作室由进水段、中段、出水段、次级进水段、正导叶、反导叶、过渡管等组成；转子部分与固定部分之间装有密封环、导叶套等进行密封。

结构说明：

该系列泵转子部分主要由轴及安装在轴上的叶轮、轴套、平衡盘等零件组成，其中叶轮的数量根据泵的级数而定。轴上零件通过平键和轴螺母紧固使之与轴联成一体。整个转子由两端滚动轴承或滑动轴承支承，轴承按型号不同而定，均不承受轴向力，其轴向力由平衡盘平衡。泵在运行中允许转子在泵壳中轴向游动，不能采用向心球轴承。滚动轴承用油腻润滑，滑动轴承用稀油润滑，并用油环进行自润滑，循环水冷却。泵的进水段、中段、出水段之间的密封面均采用二硫化钼润滑脂密封，转子部分与固定部分之间装有密封环、导叶套等进行密封，当密封环和导叶套的磨损程度己影响泵的工作性能时应予以更换。

工作原理：

依靠叶轮的旋转时水发生离心运动而进行工作的。水泵有一个特点就是在启动前呢，必须要在泵壳儿和吸水管内充满足够的水，然后才能启动电机，使泵轴带动的叶轮和水作高速旋转运动，然后水通过高速旋转而发生离心运动，被甩出去，这样的话就完成了液体的运输功能。卧式离心泵的，其实也是同样的一个工作原理，除此之外呢，卧式离心泵还需要进行日常的清洁，来保证其使用寿命。
