Der ASS-Baukasten für Roboterhände umfasst eine große Auswahl an Standardteilen und Spezialelementen, die sich zu individuellen Greiferlösungen zusammenfügen lassen.
Als innovativer und praxisgerechter Systembaukasten zur Automatisierung, bietet er große Flexibilität bei Prozessumslungen oder neuen Fertigungsserien.
Roboterhände können entsprechend der Handhabungsaufgabe mit einfachen Mitn erslt werden. Mit Ausnahme des Zuschnitts der Aluminiumprofile und einfacher Bohrarbeiten, kann auf eine zerspanende Bearbeitung verzichtet werden.
Viele Bauteile können auch nach erfolgter Anwendung neu miteinander kombiniert oder ergänzt werden und lassen sich so auch für weitere Applikationen verwenden. Zu jeder Anwendung bietet ASS kompetente Kundenberatung und Serviceleistungen.
Rund 98 Prozent der im ASS-Katalog gelisteten Bauteile sind ab Lager lieferbar.

Spezial - Roboterhände > multifunktionale Lösungen
Automationsanlagen
Als Spezialist für Automationsanlagen realisiert ASS komplexe Handhabungseinrichtungen und Bearbeitungsstationen. Dabei werden verschiedene Elemente der Greiftechnik, der Förder- und Zuführtechnik sowie der Robotik und Montage- und Bearbeitungstechnik inligent miteinander kombiniert. So erhält jeder Kunde eine individuell zugeschnittene Lösung. Bei Bedarf lassen sich komplexe Vorgänge zusätzlich per Kamera überwachen und steuern.
Unsere Lösungen zur Automatisierung umfassen u. a. die Robotereinbindung- und Programmierung, das Entnehmen und Einlegen von Produktionsteilen, das Bereitslen von Einlegeteilen, die Nachbearbeitung, die Integration und Konstruktion von Bearbeitungsstationen und die Qualitätsprüfung.
Dazu zählt auch eine Konformitätsbewertung entsprechend der Maschinenrichtlinie der EU (CE).
Besonders spezialisiert hat sich ASS auf Automatisierungen in der Kunststoffspritzgussproduktion.
Rapid Prototyping
Mit dem Laser-Sinter-Verfahren slt ASS auf Basis der CAD-Daten des Kunden direkt und zeitnah neue Prototypen oder Musterbauteile her.
Die Bauteile beziehungsweise neuen physischen Modelle werden schichtweise aus Polyamidpulver unter Einwirkung von Wärme und eines Lasers aufgebaut.
Besonders bei der Produktentwicklung bietet das Verfahren große Vorteile. So vermitn körperliche Modelle einen besseren Eindruck vom späteren Produkt als Bildschirmdarslungen. Auch die Eigenschaften und Funktionen von Produkten lassen sich mit körperlichen Modellen besser überprüfen.
Rapid Prototyping verkürzt damit erheblich die Entwicklung und Erprobung neuer Bauteile in Abstimmung mit dem Markt, mit Zulieferern sowie dem Vertrieb und der Produktion.
PA-Forming
Komplexe Roboterhände, die bisher aus einzelnen Sonderbauteilen zusammengesetzt wurden, können jetzt mit dem PA-Forming-Verfahren von ASS kurzfristig in einem Arbeitsgang gefertigt werden.
Konturen zur Lageorientierung und pneumatische Bewegungsfunktionen (Greifen) ohne die herkömmliche Kolbentechnik, gehören zu den herausragenden Funktionen.
PA-Forming-Greifer bieten gegenüber konventionellen Lösungen erhebliche Vorteile:

Linear ActuatorsSMAC provides a comprehensive selection of electric linear actuators, ranging from units with 5mm stroke, in a compact unit only 10mm in height, to units with 150mm of stroke length or up to 500N peak force. As with all SMAC actuators, the LAL series linear actuator has the unique ability to enable free and independent control of velocity, position and force simultaneously. Linear Rotary Actuators
SMAC provides a comprehensive selection of combined linear and rotary actuators with either direct drive or gearbox equipped rotary units. They can easily be programmed to control force/torque, position and velocity in all axes at the same time. The actuator has SMAC's unique "Soft-Land" function which enables the unit to gently land on a delicate component with a controlled force to avoid damage of both the component and the actuator. This makes them ideal for applications such as pick and place and assembly.
Standard linear resolution on all SMAC actuators is 5µm with 1µm, 0.5µm and 0.1µm options available on most models. The rotary resolution varies between 2,000 to 28,000 counts for gearbox units and 20,000 counts for the direct drive. Higher rotary encoder resolution and alternative geared motors to increase torque/gear ratio are also available. Please contact us with any special requirements you may have.

XY Stages
SMAC provides high-precision and high-speed XY stages, ranging from units with compact overall dimension of only 65mm x 65mm x 81mm. SMAC virtues of a direct drive zero backlash system, which can be controlled with great accuracy and repeatability. SMAC XY stages are equipped as standard with 5µm encoder with options down to 0.05µm encoder resolution for ultra precise positioning and scanning for industries such as bio-science, medical and photonics. They are also used for quality measurement in automotive and other industrial automation applications.
The capability of controlling the velocity, acceleration, positioning and force of each axis independently, gives you a flexible and accurate tool. Please contact us with any special requirements you may have.

SMAC is pleased to introduce its range of multi-axis controls solutions. These systems are able to learn and follow a 3D contour or motion path, with a high degree of speed, precision, accuracy and repeatability. All combinations of SMAC actuators can be used: linear, rotary and linear/rotary axis.
The systems feature and utilize linear interpolation, which enables a constant speed while following the chosen XYZ axis contour.
Ideal applications are measuring and testing (QC), depositing, machining, scoring and cutting, to name a few. SMAC multi-axis 3D systems are unique - they enable total programmability of speed, position and force all at the same time with an exceptional degree of accuracy and repeatability. SMAC multi-axis systems offer a wide range of solutions with a number of highly flexible control interfaces.

Controllers and Amplifiers
SMAC supplies a range of single and multi-axis controllers together with stand alone amplifiers and stepper driven drivers. Controllers are programmed by mnemonic type command instructions via an RS-232 interface into NVRAM and allows code to be stored in non-volatile RAM, which is then used to enable movements to be made in three different modes. They require no supplementary software.
