机器概述Application

此系列全自动胶囊充填机采用PLC编程，无极变频调速，人机界面操作，触摸屏显示。对运行故障或缺料能自动报警显示，自动停机，故障排除后能自动消除报警。机器还具有三级密码操控系统，参数设置，打印数据，清零等功能，防止非专业人员随意胡乱操作影响机器运行。 机器所有传动轴，凸轮，轴承等主要关键零件均采用进口材料，设备质量可靠，是充填胶囊药品的理想设备，并*符合GMP要求。

The automatic capsule filling machine adopts PLC programmable controller, stepless frequency converter, HMI with easy operation. While there is fault or lack of material, the machine can automatically alarm and shut down. The machine can be equipped with 3 level password system, parameter setting, data printing, clear function which make the machine work more safely and stably, preventing inprofessional workers’wrong parameter setting and messing up machine parameter settings. The cams and bearings, shafts, are by world famous brands, ensuring machine quality and lifetime. The machine main body and powder contact parts are made by stainless steel 304, which meet GMP standard.

机器特点Machine Features

1. 体积小，能耗低，更换模具快，操作方便，容易清洗； 

2. 采用福格森传动，振动小，高速运行工作噪声低于75dB，剂量差异控制在3%内；国产机制胶囊上机率99% 

3. 回转部位全封闭，具备良好润滑条件，工作台面无油污，避免了与药物的交叉污染； 

4. 剂量盘周边设有拦板，非常有效地把剂量盘下平面甩出的粉通过另一管路回收再利用，同时减少了工作台面的粉尘；

5. 机器采用德国西门子的人机界面，PLC可编程控制器，液晶显示每分钟产量，累计产量，动态空胶囊和药粉状态，缺胶囊报警提示及药粉不够时自动停机，故障诊断提示等。

2. Machine adopts Fugexan eliminating trough roller to transmit, with less vibration, lower than 75dB noise while running at high speed. The powder filling dosage error is within ±3%, The capsule filling rate is more than 99%.

3. The turning-around parts are in full closure, with excellent lubrication. Without dirty spot on the working stage, avoiding the cross pollution on medicines. 

4. Shelters are fixed around the dose disc, to recycle the medicine powder which is thrown from beneath surface of the rotating disc, which can also reduce the powder on working table.

5. Machine adopts HMI, including PLC, touch screen displaying the accumulative output, empty capsules and medicine powder state, alarm for lack of capsules and automatic stop for deficiency of medicine powder, trouble shoot display and so on.
