本产品用于医药（原料车间、合成车间）、化工、食品、轻工等行业中的水解、中和结晶、蒸馏、蒸发、储存等生产环节。
不锈钢材料制造。搅拌器有锚式、框式、桨式、涡轮式，转动机构可采用押运针轮减速机、无级变速减速机，密封装置可采用机械密封，加热冷却采用夹套结构，加热方式有蒸汽、电加热、导热油，以满足耐酸、耐碱、耐高温、耐磨损、抗腐蚀等不同工作环境的工艺需要。可根据用户工艺要求进行设计、制造。其它要求可根据用户要求设计、制作。
It is mainly applicable to the production steps such as hydrolysis,neutralization,crystal,distillation,and storing etc in the industries of medicine (materials workshop,synthesizing workshop),chemical in dustry,foodstuff,light industry and so on.The blender covers an chor style ,frame style,oar style and turbo style.The rotation mechanism adopts cycloid needle-wheel deceler ator and non-pole shift decelerator,the seal device adopts mechani-cal seal,the heating or cooling adopts the nip-sh eath structure,the heating mode adopts the steam,electric heating and conducting heat oil to meet the technology requir emen in defferent work conditions such as acid proof,alkali proof,high-temperature proof ,abrasion proof,and erosion proofetc.And may design and make according to the requir ement of customers.请输入账号
