U4330A SFF-8639 内插式探头专门为连接固态硬盘(SSD)和使用 SFF-8639 接口卡的主机而设计,可以监测 x1、x2 或 x4 PCIe 通信链路。对双链路操作中的两个通道进行监测要求使用 2 个 U4301B 模块。

Keysight SFF-8639 interpolation probe supporting PCIe protocol uses ESP technology to ensure 99% accuracy of captured data. U4330A can detect storage solutions according to SFF-8639 interconnection standard.
U4330A SFF-8639 interpolation probe is specially designed for connecting solid-state hard disk (SSD) and host using SFF-8639 interface card. It can monitor x1, x2 or X4 PCIe communication links. Two U4301B modules are required to monitor two channels in dual-link operation.
It can be used with Keysight U4301A or U4301B PCIe Gen3 analyzer.
The PCIe protocol is supported by Deutsche Technologies slot interpolation probe 3.0 which uses ESP technology to ensure 99% accuracy of captured data.
