本厂现有职工80余人其中设计工程师6名，本科毕业生13名，技校生10余名，技术力量雄厚，车间素质高。车间有铸造、锻打机加工、安装流水线，近期研究人员已开发了锤片式FFC-45C、FFFC-45D粉碎机、FZR50、40、40B、320系列铡草揉搓粉碎机。
