酒精回收塔

JH系列酒精回收塔由塔釜、塔身、冷凝器、冷却器、缓冲罐、高位贮罐六个部分组成，适用于制药、食品、轻工、化工等行业的稀酒精回收，本设备与物料接触部分均采用不锈钢SUS304或SUS316L制造，具有良好的耐腐蚀性能，并且有节能环保、降低生产成本、提高效率的优点。本装置可将30度－50度的稀酒精蒸馏到93－95度，残液排放含醇底低，符合环保要求。

本装置采用高效不锈钢波纹填料，接触物料部分全部采用不锈钢制造，设备外表面亚光处理，符合GMP医药标准。

JH-series Alcohol Recovery Tower is made up of tower pot,tower body,condenser,cooler,buffer tank and high-level storage tank,which is appli-cable to pharmacy,food,light industry and chemical engineering walks for thin alcohol recovery,The parts of thes equipment that contact materials are all made of stainless steel SUS304 or SUS316L,so the equipment has good corrosion-resistant capability and can save energy,protect environment,reduce production cost and increase efficiency,This device can distill thin alcohol of 30-50 degree to 93-95 degree.The residual liquid has low discharge alcohol content,which is in accor-dance with environment protection requirement.

The device adopts highly-effective stainless sl corrugated loading material.The parts contacting material are all made of stainless steel,The equipment surface has got surface polishing treatment.It tallies with GMP medical standards.
