主要用途

ZWJ-DM型全自动双辊是我公司新研制开发的*。制条、搓丸均由一台电机完成，结构简单，操作方便，产量高。可做3、6、9克大蜜丸，更换模具后也可以生产各种规格的水丸、浓缩丸和糊丸。

ZWJ-DM automatic big honey pill making machine is a new research and development national patented product in our company. The bar making and pill twisting are done by one motor. The structure is simple, operation is convenient and output is high. It can produce 3g\6g\9g big honey pills. With changing molds, it also can produce various size water pill, condensed pill and starched pill.

1、结构合理、性能稳定、噪音低、操作简单，采用一键式全自动操作。维修清洗方便，生产效率高，整体采用不锈钢制造，符合GMP认证要求。

2、制出的丸剂一次成型，大小均匀，丸重差异小，成品率达98%以上，崩解好，符合国家药典标准。

Characteristic

1. This machine is with reasonable structure, stable function, low noise, simple operation and one key type automatic operation. Convenience maintain and clean,high production. The whole machine is made of 304 stainless steel and in accordance with GMP authentication requirements.

2. The pill forms at one time with uniform size. The rate of finished products is more the 98%. Disintegration is good.
