人脐动脉平滑肌细胞

人脐动脉平滑肌细胞脂肪细胞在能量储存和代谢过程中有着重要的作用。
脂肪细胞分化是一个发展的过程，它对代谢稳态和营养信号很重要。
它由复杂的过程控制，如基因表达和信号转导。
前脂肪细胞存在于成人脂肪组织中，能根据能量的平衡增殖和分化成熟的脂肪细胞。
前体细胞的增殖和分化能够增加脂肪组织的体积。
在体外培养中，不同的组织来源前脂肪细胞的油脂含量，成脂转录因子表达和TNFalpha诱导的凋亡均有不同。
同时研究表明它还与脂肪分化以及许多生理病理过程密切相关，如脂肪代谢、能量平衡、肥胖、糖尿病、高血脂和乳癌。

人脐动脉平滑肌细胞<7210>人脂肪细胞-内脏提取于内脏脂肪组织，<7200>人脂肪细胞-皮下提取于人皮下脂肪组织，*代冻存，每管含有细胞数>1×106 cells/ml，此细胞通过CD44, CD90免疫荧光染色和脂肪染色验证，经测试不含有HIV-1、HBV、HCV、支原体、细菌、酵母和真菌。
