本产品可用于配置蛋白质晶体筛选条件及其优化条件。
本产品包装分为2种方式:
A) 通用包装(XQ-R-SS-A)
B) 高通量包装(XQ-R-SS-A)
通用包装为透明瓶包装,高通量包装为适合机器人使用的96孔板包装。合理的选用本产品能够有效地提高实验效率和效果。为用户节省时间及劳动成本。
这些储液可以方便地与筛选试剂盒搭配,用来配制各种晶体优化条件溶液以及初始结晶条件筛选溶液,用户可以根据自己的需要选用。合理地选择博亚捷晶公司的蛋白晶体生长用储液,可以有利于提高晶体生长条件的再现性,使晶体生长及优化过程更加快速简洁,提高效率。
特性与特征
所有储液均使用纯度化学试剂并严格依照规范方法制备。所有储液均经过0.22微米的滤膜过滤灭菌处理。储液试剂根据用户需要一般分为两种包装:高性能PVC透明包装(一般为100ml)以及96孔板的适用于蛋白结晶机器人使用的高通量包装。
如果没有特殊说明,储液试剂应该置于室温(20-25℃)。请参见各种试剂的特殊说明。
