GZX 型干法辊压造粒机

◆在吸收国外设计理念的基础上自行开发的一种GMP干法造粒机，与原干法造粒机相比：成粒度，效能，清洗，维护等性能大大提高，且该设备的设计理念是基于将工艺区与设备传动区明确的区分，驱动装置和控制单元与产品的分隔该设计，遵照“GMP”规范要求，更能敏捷、快速地将部件装拆，进行表面清洗，接触物料部件均采用不锈钢制作。

◆Our company develop the dry granulator specialized for medicine on thebasis of absorbing foreign advanced technology. Compared with former

dry granulator: it’s granule forming rate, efficiency, cleaning and main-taining has a big improvement. Processing part is divided with transmis-sion part, dividing design of driving device, control part and product couldmeet the requirement of GMP. The equipment support more flexible, fastassemble and dissemble, contact material part as stainless steel.
