概述：
机械搅拌多级生物反应器是一种新型生物反应器，其选材和制造工艺符合CGMP要求。在放大操作过程中为重组蛋白药物提供理想的生理和产物的物理环境，满足生产菌株生长、代谢，药物合成，维持生物动力学性能和传质混合及空间结构要求。
应用范围：
广泛用于生物高技术产业的中试，生产规模包括单克隆抗体、病毒疫苗、干扰素、tPA、白介素、G-CSF等所有用于大肠杆菌表达产品的基因工程生物制品。
优点：
1. 罐体根据不同产物需求，可设计不同高径比的罐体。
2.无泄露装置，消除交叉污染，符合CGMP要求,运行平稳，噪音低。
3. 采用德国博格曼机械双端面密封+KENOD自行开发组件, 替代进口无菌密封。
4. 轴与叶轮采用特殊一体式加工，保证叶轮在高速下的平衡运转。

6. 生物反应器在发酵放大后仍保持较高的一致性和生产率，控制系统采用可调谐的PID控制回路全自动控制。
Application scope：
