DZ-100紧凑型质量流量控制器
DZ-100 继承了 HORIBA STEC 公司 MFC D500 所采用的相同标准技术 — 粘性层流范围压差检测系统。
该技术实现对各种气体的质量流量进行高精度控制。
与 D500 一样，用户可配置 DZ-100，支持多量程和多气体应用。
MFC 设计紧凑，减少了内部气流通道占用的内部体积，同时采用优化控制算法改善了响应特性。
该设备使用处理能力较高的紧凑型处理器（CPU）。压电驱动电路和控制处理器安装在 MFC 模块中，而电源组件布置在单独的小控制箱中。
连接专用微型连接器，最多可以控制四个 MFC 。
