ADA400A
通过 ADA400A 差分前置放大器,可以用示波器直接测量幅度非常低的未接地电压和信号。两个输入的高阻抗使得无需在 DUT 中添加额外的接地点,从而避免了循环电流对测量或电路造成影响。

ADA400A
With the ADA400A differential preamplifier, an oscilloscope can be used to directly measure very low ungrounded voltages and signals. The high impedance of the two inputs eliminates the need to add additional points to the DUT, thus avoiding the impact of circulating current on the measurement or circuit.
High gain and very high common mode rejection provide useful voltage measurements as low as 5 V even in high noise environments. Optional bandwidth limits reduce the norm noise of digital logic, switching power supplies, and line frequency sources. Adjustable differential bias allows the user to zero out the bridge balance and current potential in the test setup. The "infinite impedance" mode can be selected in two maximum gain ranges to enable accurate measurement of high source impedance signals.
ADA400A is directly powered by TDS400, TDS500, TDS600, TDS700, TDS5000, TDS7000 (TEKPROBE), TDS7000 (TekConnect) w/ tca-1meg series oscilloscopes. It can also be supplied by 1103 probe power supply.
