Keysight N6755A is a 500w high-performance self-regulating dc power module with low noise, high precision and 10 to 50 times faster programming speed than other programmable power supplies. The optional high-speed test extension capability provides a digital converter function similar to an oscilloscope. This function can improve the measurement accuracy when viewing the high-speed instantaneous event or high-speed pulse event of the DUT under test.
