Measurement functions

Perform accurate current-voltage (IV) measurements in the range of 0.1 fa-1 A / 0.5 v-200 V, supporting point measurements, scanning measurements, sampling and pulse measurements

Ac capacitance measurements are performed in the frequency range of 1 kHz to 5 MHz, supporting quasi-static capacitance-voltage (qs-cv) measurements

Advanced pulse IV measurement and ultra-fast IV measurement with minimum sampling interval of 5 ns (200 MSa/s)

High voltage pulse potential up to 40 V for non-volatile memory testing
