设备概述：

反渗透纯水制备系统，是以自来水作为原水，先经过前置预处理（软化器可不选），再经过RO反渗透处理。经过一系列处理后，可去除水中的颗粒、胶体、有机杂质、重金属离子、细菌、病毒、热源等有害物质及99%的溶解盐，系统脱盐率高达96-99%使出水电导率达到≤10μs/cm。排放的副产物--浓水对环境无害，是一项符合环保要求的分离技术。无需过多的考虑进水水质的稳定性，反渗透系统的产水水质可在不耗用任何再生物质的前提下，长期保持稳定，这是其最重要的特性之一。

Equipment Summarize:

Reverse osmosis system is using city water as raw water, then treat water by Pres-filter (water softener is optional),reverse osmosis membrane. It can remove particle,colloid organic impurity,heavy metal ion,Bactria , virus in water,ａnd it can also remove 99% dissolved salt,

The whole system desalination rate can reach 96%-99% to make permeated water conductivity<10μs/cm。Dense water also won't polluted environment. Reveres,osmosis equipment no need to consider about input water quality too much. And the main features of RO equipment are no need to do any regeneration,it can be kept stable for long time.

系统控制与性能：

★反渗透系统核心部件均采用进口膜组件。

★无水低压或水满自动停机。

★实行自动控制，RO膜自动冲洗，降低污染速度。

★纯水箱缺水自动制水。

★低压开关保护高压泵不会因供水停止而损坏。

★高效率、低噪音的高压泵，降低运行噪音，减少能耗。

★产水电导率表连续监视产水水质。

★进水及排水压力表，连续监测反渗透膜的压差，提示何时需要清洗。

★自动停水阀以避免停机时水继续流入。

★ Input water and output water pressure  gauge  to monitor RO membrane differential pressure to remind it's time for chemical cleaning.

★ Inlet water solenoid valve to stop water when machine stops.

反渗透预处理的作用：

预处理常由石英砂过滤装置、活性炭过滤装置、软化过滤器、保安过滤器组成，主要目的是去除原水中含有的泥沙、铁锈、胶体物质、悬浮物； 色度、异味、生化有机物；降低水的余氯值及农药污染等有害的物质。如果原水中钙镁离子含量较高时，还需增加软水装置，从而延长反渗透膜的使用寿命。

FUNCTION OF PRETREATMENT FILTERS:

Are-treatment filters always contain quartz sａnd filter,activated carbon filter,water softener and the security filter. Main purpose is to remove sludge,rust,colloid,suspended solids,color,odor,biochemical organic impurity in raw water.And pres-filters can also reduce water residual chlorine and pesticide and other harmful solutions.if raw water in high hardness,we will need to add water softener to protect reverse osmosis membrane.

反渗透设备基本原理：

反渗透技术是当今和有效的分离技术之一，其原理是在高于

溶液渗透压的压力作用下，借助于只允许水分子透过而不允许其他物质透过的半透膜的选择截留作用，将溶液中的溶质与溶剂分离。利用反渗透膜的分离特性，可以有效地去除水中的溶解盐、胶体、有机物、细菌、微生物等杂质，具有能耗低，无污染、工艺、操作维护简便等优点。

该产品近20年得到迅猛发展，其应用领域从早期的脱盐扩展到化工、医药、电子、电力、生物、饮料等行业溶液分离、纯水制备、物料浓缩、废水处理与回用等。
