水蛭流化床干燥机,包括一个密闭的上部设置有加料口的干燥室,所述加料口处设置有用于密封干燥室的门;所述干燥室的中部设置有用于将所述干燥室分隔成上腔室和下腔室的隔板,所述下腔室中设置有用于铺放水蛭的表面密布通孔的多孔板,所述隔板上设置有连通上腔室和下腔室的排气管,所述排气管上设置有可按一定的频率开启的脉冲电磁阀门;还包括真空泵和空压机。水蛭流化床干燥机,采用脉冲式压力爆破原理,使得水蛭生物体内的组织液在压力差的作用下迅速穿透水蛭的细胞壁和表皮向外蒸发,进而可有效地解决因水蛭表皮生物渗透性低,使得水蛭的含水率难以降低的技术问题。

摘要(英):The invention discloses a special leech fluid bed dryer. The special leech fluid bed dryer comprises an aright drying chamber, wherein the upper portion of the drying chamber is provided with a feed port, and a door used for sealing the drying chamber is arranged at the feed port; a partition board used for separating the drying chamber into an upper cavity and a lower cavity is arranged in the middle of the drying chamber; the lower cavity is internally provided with a perforated plate used for carrying leeches, and through holes are densely formed in the surface of the perforated plate; the partition board is provided with exhaust pipes communicating the upper cavity with the lower cavity; each exhaust pipe is provided with an impulse electromagnetic valve which can be opened according to a certain frequency. The special leech fluid bed dryer further comprises a vacuum pump and an air compressor. According to the special leech fluid bed dryer, the impulse type pressure blasting principle is adopted, and tissue fluid in leech organisms rapidly penetrates through cell walls and epidermises of the leeches to evaporate outwards under the action of pressure difference, so the technical problem that the water content of the leeches is hard to reduce due to the fact that the bio-osmosis performance of the epidermises of the leeches is low is effectively solved.
