片剂生产线设备、压片机、ZP35D旋转压片机是一种双压式自动旋转，连续压片的机器，将颗粒状原料压制成片剂。它主要用于制药工业的片剂生产，同时适用于化工，食品，电子等工业部门。外围罩壳为全封闭形式，材料采用不锈钢，内部台面用不锈钢材料，能保持表面光泽与防止交叉污染，符合GMP要求。装有透明玻璃的门窗，能清楚观察压片的状态，侧面板能全部打开，易于内部清洗和保养。所有控制器和操作件均布局合理。采用变频调速装置进行电气调速，操作方便，转动平稳，安全准确。配有过载保护装置，当压力过载时，能自动停机。实行机电一体化，采用触模建及屏幕显示。传动系统密闭在机器主体下方油箱中，是*分离的独立部件，亦不会产生油污污染，又使传动部件浸润在油池中，易散热且耐磨。机器装有吸尘装置，能将压制室内飞扬的粉尘吸收干净。机器的易用损件如上轨道，加料器，料斗，传动蜗杆，粉量器等与ZP33型产品具有通用结构，有得于标准化、通用化、系列化。
