本系列膏体定量灌装机是在本公司灌装机系列的基础上，参照*进灌装机技术进行改造和创新的产品，其结构更加简单合理，精确度高，操作更加简便。该设备采用特殊转阀控制进料和计量，
适用于医药、日化、食品、农药及特殊行业，是对高粘度、膏体、浓酱带颗粒、液体进行灌装的理想设备。由于机器在不带电的状态下工作，更具安全性，人性化设计更加符合现代企业的要求。
双头膏体定量灌装机为双头同步灌装，提高工作效率。
设计合理，机型小巧，操作方便，气动部分均采用中国台湾AirTac、SHAKO的气动元件。
物料接触部分均采用304不锈钢材料制成，符合GMP要求。
有灌装量调节手柄、灌装速度可任意调节，灌装精度高。
灌装闷头采用防滴漏、防拉丝及升降灌装装置。料斗可加装可调速电机搅拌和保温料斗。
可根据客户要求定做，比如气缸品牌、不锈钢材料、密封圈材料等。

The part contacting materials is made of 316L stainless steel.
