B.ZJN-II塑料注射成型机是我公司在第二代塑料注射成型机的基础上吸收国内外*技术，设计、研制成功的。B.ZJN-II塑料注射成型机及模具采用双模式交替成型，工作效率更高；B.ZJN-II塑料注射成型机在工人操作合模时，需要两只手同时各按下两只合模按钮，避免手伸进快速合模的模具中间，起到更安全保护作用。

采用螺杆预塑、定量、限位加料，全液压快慢速合模。总压阀采用双比例式，应力分配均匀，低压保护精确，全行程流畅优异。多段温度控制、多段射出压力、射速、背压无极调整；有座进座退功能，方便调模和清洗料管；锁模力大，模具移动平稳，电气联锁，注头光滑美观,安全可靠；具有占地面积小；主要部件全封闭式；模具拆装方便等优点。

注肩模具：管子的直径Φ12.7mm—Φ60 mm；形状有椭圆形、圆形，也可根据客户要求另行设计制造；螺纹形状也可根据客户要求设计制造。

Shouldder-injection mould : the diameter of tube is 12.7mm-60mm.with ellipse and round shape ,we can manufacture it according ot the customer’s needs and also can make screw shape.
