不锈钢波纹管截止阀概述

不锈钢波纹管截止阀是采用不锈钢304、316作为阀体材质的波纹管截止阀，具有耐腐蚀、耐热、抗低温的性能，Stainless steel bellows globe valve is made of stainless steel 304, 316 as the corrugated pipe valve body material, corrosion proof performance, heat resistance, low temperature resistance选用不锈钢的材质使得本阀除在拥有普通材质的波纹管截止阀优点外，在控制一般腐蚀性介质和卫生要求较高的工矿中也得到了广泛的应用。适用于公称压力PN1．6～16MPa，工作温度-29～350℃的易燃、易爆、剧毒、毒性流体、高温导热油、液氨等介质。广泛应用于：石油化工、化纤纺织、塑料造纸、电力钢铁、印染橡胶、天然气等其它气体系统中，性能安全可靠，广泛应用于乙二醇等工业流体。不锈钢波纹管截止阀特征：

1、 不锈钢波纹管截止阀的波纹管的材料必须具有良好的塑性、高的弹性极限、抗拉强度和疲劳强度,良好的焊接性能,稳定的弹性性能。奥氏体不锈钢因具有这些性能特点,被广泛用于制造波纹管产品结构合理、密封可靠、性能优良、造型美观；

2、密封面堆焊Co硬质合金、耐磨、耐腐、抗磨擦性能好、使用寿命长；

3、阀杆调质及表面氮化处理，有良好的抗腐和抗磨擦性能；

4、双重密封，性能更可靠；5、阀杆升降位置指示更直观；

6、零件材料，法兰和对焊尺寸可根据实际工况或用户要求合理选配，满足各种工程需要。

1、不锈钢材质耐腐蚀、耐酸碱。

2、产品结构合理、密封可靠，双重坚固耐用的波纹管密封设计（波纹管+填料），保证阀杆的零泄漏。没有流体损失，提高工厂设备安全。并符合密封标准。

3、密封面堆焊Co基硬质合金、耐磨、耐腐、抗摩擦性能好、使用寿命长。

4、阀杆调质及表面氮化处理，有良好的抗腐和抗摩擦性能；阀杆升降位置指示，更直观。
