用途：

BG-C系列高效糖衣薄膜包衣设备主要用于制药及食品工业。是片剂、丸剂、糖果等包制糖衣、有机薄膜、水溶薄膜的一种具有高效、节能、安全、洁净、便于操作的新型包衣设备。

特点：

• BG-C系列高铲糖衣薄膜包衣设备是按照制药工业的“GMP”要求制造。设备的壳体、包衣滚筒（包衣锅）、热风柜、喷雾装置以及所有和药品接触的部件，全部采用不锈钢材料制造。
• 整个工艺操作过程由微机处理可编程序系统控制，亦可手动控制。控制系统具备应用程序、多种运行状态选择、驱动控制、多种显示等功能。
• 对有机薄膜包衣过程中的有机溶剂，有防爆措施。
• 密闭操作，无粉尘飞扬和喷液飞溅。
• 薄膜包衣能连续并同时进行喷洒包衣介质、干燥、排风，只需1-2小时就可完成全部包衣工序，糖衣包衣只需4-5小时即可完成。
• 配有自动进出料装置，可自动将片芯加入滚筒内或自动出料。

• Automatic charging/discharging device is provided to automatically fill tablet cores into cylinder or discharge material automatically.
