我部从年开始,分步进行了各频道电视发射机的全固态化更新换代工作,经过多年的运行,早期引进的全固态电视发射机已经逐步进人故障多发期。现将其中北广型双通道全固态电视发射机因图像变频盘故障引发输出功率降低的检修总结如下,与广大同行交流,仅供参考。发射机故障位置的分析与判断我部于年引进了一部北广产通道全固态电视发射机,该机用于*一套的无线转播。该部发射机在工作过程中发生输出功率降低的现象,发射机表头输出功率指示从正常刻度处下降到左右。
针对发射机输出功率的下降,我们首先对机器面板上激励级图像变频器中的电位器进行了调整,尝试通过调节它来增大发射机的功率输出,但发现此时几乎无法增大发射机的功率输出,即发射机此时zui大输出功率就在W左右,功率再也上不去了。根据此现象,我们组织有关人员进行了检修。根据以往的经验,检修人员首先检查了该部发射机此时六只末级功放模块工作电流的大小情况,通过检查,我们发现伴音末级功放模块的工作电流基本正常,而图像推动模块以及四只图像末级功放模块的工作电流均比原始记录要小得多,说明发射机的输出功率确实是下降了,并且问题可能在图像通道上。但通过对四只图像末级功放模块工作电流均同步下降的现象进行分析说明,故障的原因可能在激励器或图像推动模块中,是由于激励器或者图像推动模块的输出信号增益不够,从而导致了发射机输出功率的不足。
