产品概述：

泵为单级单吸悬臂式离心泵，是泵基础升级而成。其标记、额定性能点和尺寸等效采用标准ISO2858-1975（E），能满足化工流程中输送有腐蚀性粘度类似于水的液体，其输送介质的温度一般为-20至200度（超过120度需配置水冷机封）。

该泵采用新型水力模型，效率较普通泵提高5%，加粗轴径，加长轴承箱，加大轴承，缩短悬臂比，使其性能更加稳定，该泵可根据不同工况，配置内装、外装、集装式机械密封，其输送介质范围广，且相对价格较低，泵适用于不含有固体颗粒介质,介质温度为O℃～120℃,进口压力不大于2kg/cm2。不锈钢耐腐蚀离心泵是在F型耐腐蚀泵的基础上改进设计的,均采用新型的付叶轮动力轴封装置,属单级单吸悬臂式耐腐蚀离心泵。该泵与输送介质接触的过流部份零件,均采用1Cr18Ni9Ti材料制造。用于输送不含固体颗粒,有腐蚀性液体,被输送介质温度为-20℃～130℃,泵进口压力不大于2kg/cm2。不锈钢离心泵泵主要用途：该泵广泛应用于化工、石油、冶金、轻工、合成纤维、环保、食品、医药等部门。该类产品具有性能稳定可靠、密封性能好,造型美观,使用检修方便等优点。为提高产品质量、减少跑、冒、滴、漏,,防止污染,发挥很大的作用。

泵的旋转方向：自吸入口向电机端看为顺时针方向旋转。泵与电机是通过弹性联轴器安装在同一个底座上。泵的轴封装置采用叶轮减压和单或双端面机械密封结构，轴承体内注润滑油，并配有油标。
