主要用途Main Usage:

本机适用于制药、化工食品等行业，是微粉碎加工前道工序的配套设备，

塔不受物料粘度、硬度、软度及纤维等限制，对任何物料都能起到较好的粉碎

作用。

This machine applied as supporting equipment, before fine crushing

process in such trade as pharmaceutical, chemical and foodstuff etc. which

has better crushing effect for any material without limitation on its viscosity,

hardness, softness and fiber etc.

工作原理Working Method:

本机为卧式粉碎结构，物料由料斗进入粉碎室，利用旋转刀与固定刀冲

击、剪切而获得粉碎，经选择离心力的作用，物料自动流向出口处。该机按

“GMP"标准设计，整机全部采用不锈钢材料制造，结构简单、清洗方便、噪

音低．目前是粗粉碎中的设备。

This machine of honzotal crushing structure., and the material is fed into

the crushing chamber through a hopper, crushed by cutting and impact of

both fixed and rotating knives, and flows to the exit automatically under the

effect of rotating centrifugal fore, Designed according to GMP standard and

whollymade of stainlessteel, this machine has simple structure convenient

cleaning and low noise, being the ideal equipment tor coarse crushing.
