产品简介

RGD序列由精氨酸、甘氨酸和天冬氨酸组成,存在于多种细胞外基质中,可与11种整合素特异性结合,能有效地促进细胞对生物材料的粘附。
将RGD序列固定于钛或钛合金种植体表面,可以促进成骨细胞对钛或钛合金表面的粘附,进一步促进种植体骨整合,提高种植义齿的成功率。RGD序列的空间结构、修饰密度、周围序列对其活性都有一定影响。
