Magnetic Scales
Bogen develops and manufactures high-precision magnetic rings and tape for measuring lengths and angels for numerous industrial applications.
The flexible and efficient BOGEN Magnetic Technology is based on a patented magnetic head. The recursive pole pitch optimization guarantees optimal solutions for complex measuring and positioning applications. This technology achieves highest accuracy within wide tolerances between sensor and scale, requires only short time for customized developments and therefore is very economical.

Our dynamic BOGEN technology provides accuracy, precision and effi ciency standard magnetisation methods can not keep up with. BOGEN manufactures magnetic tapes and pole rings with individual pole pitches for multi track, single track absolute or using vernier scale from prototypes to mass production. In combination with our sensors, which are optimized in regards to specific pole pitches, we achieve highest system accuracy.
