Pressure Transmitters • Series DS1/DS2

Description:
The pressure transmitters of the series DS1-010 and DS1-420 is for using in air and non aggressive gases. They measure difference- and absolute pressure, relative pressure and optionally velocity of flow. The analog output signal is 0-10 V or 4-20 mA. The 4-20 mA pressure transmitter is realised in two wire technic. For measurement of velocity of flow its possible to order the square root output. Because of the piezoresistive cell DS1 reach a high reliability and precision. The dependence of zero signal from mounting position is very small. The resistance against overpressure is higher than by using other physical principles. The transmitters are housed in a robust aluminium package. This guarantees good EMC-properties. Optionally DS1 can be completed with electronic signal damping, power supply 24VAC or 230 VAC.

For applications with higher pressure ranges we offer additionally to DS1 the type DS2.

  DS1   0-0,25 mbar (25 Pa) in steps up to 0-2 mbar (200 Pa)
  DS2   0-2.5 mbar (250 Pa) in steps up to 0-10 bar (1000 kPa)

Pressure Transmitters with Display • Series DMU2/DMU4

Description: 
The pressure transmitters of the series DMU measures overpressure, vacuum, difference- and absolute pressure and velocity of flow in air and non aggressive gases. The measuring values are directed to a 0-10 V analog output (DMU4) or a 4-20 mA output (DMU2).They are shown on a 3.5-digit LED-Display with at figure height of 12.7 mm. The DMU2 has a 4-20 mA - 2-wire output, that means its no external power supply required. Because of used piezoresistive cells the pressure transmitter reaches high reliability and precision. The enclosure has protection class IP65. It is suitable for wall- mounting installation. The user is warned against overload pressure by a red LED on the front. The pressure transmitter DMU 4 can be completed by several additional options:

 - Switching output with display switching level and LED on the front
 - Delay of analog output and delay of switching output of 60 seconds possible
 - Power supply 24 VDC, 24 VAC or 230 VAC
 - Square root output for measuring velocity of flow

Handheld Pressure Gauges • Series HMG

Description:
The handheld pressure gauges Type HMG1 and HMG6 measures difference- and absolute pressure, relative pressure in air and non aggressive gases. Both types has a 3.5-digit LC-display with 12.7 mm figure height. The signal can drive a 0-1 V analog-output (type HMG1-1, HMG6-1). The pressure gauges reaches a high reliability and precision. They operates with a 9-V-battery type 6F22. The battery power control generates “low bat“ on the display. Pressure overload is shown by a red LED in the left margin of the LC-display.

The pressure gauge Type HMG6 differs from HMG1 by the additional fine adjustment of the zero point on the front. By electronic correction of the linearity error of the cell it reachs a higher precision as HMG1.

Pressure Gauges • Series DMG3

Description:
The electronic pressure gauges of the series DMG 3 measures overpressure, vacuum, difference- and absolute pressure and velocity of flow in air and non aggressive gases. These measuring values are directed to a 0-10 V analog output. They are shown on a 3.5-digit LED-display with a figure height of 14.2 mm. Because of used piezoresistive cells the pressure gauge reaches high reliability and precision. The aluminium housing has a high mechanical stability and good EMC- properties. It is suitable for installation into a control switchboard. The user is warned against overload pressure by a red LED on the front. An individual calibration certificate belongs to every delivered pressure gauge. The DMG 3 can be completed with several additional options:

 - two switch outputs with LED for each on the front
 - 4-20 mA - transmitter
 - RS 232 - interface
 - square root output for measuring velocity of flow
 - electronic damping of the output signal 0-10V or 4-20 mA

Pressure Gauge for Supervision of Cleanrooms • Series DMG5

Description: 
Pressure gauge DMG5 was developed for supervising overpressure of cleanrooms. A differential pressure sensor range +/- 50 Pa, red LED- display, alarm lamp, signal horn, analogue output 0-10V and 4-20 mA for connection with data logger, 2 switching outputs with relay, additional circuitry to store the alarm message at increasing pressure in the normal range after fall back of the threshold value of the switching output are included. By using of a red button at the front its possible to reset the alarm message Power supply is 24 VAC/DC or 230 AC optionally.

There are 2 versions, the on- wall- mounting version and the in- wall mounting version with front plate made of steel.(see drawings)
