 QFN-6000Y spray dryer is mainly suitable for colleges and universities, the Research Institute and the laboratory of food and medicine and chemical industry produce micro particle powder. It has broad spectrum and applicability for all solutions such as emulsion and suspension. It is suitable for the drying of thermal sensitive substances such as biological products, biological pesticides, enzymes and so on. Because the ejected material is only subjected to high temperature when sprayed into mist - sized particles , it is only momentarily heated, so It can keep these active materials dry and keep their active ingredients intact.

1,Two-fluid nozzle, high efficiency.

2, Color LCD touch screen parameters display: inlet temperature ,outlet temperature ,peristaltic pump speed,air volume,needle frequency.

3,Automatic control: one button boot, set spray process parameters, temperature to the predetermined temperature, creeping pump to start itself, The running animation is displayed on the touch screen, and the running flow is clearly displayed. When the machine is shut down, it only needs to press the stop button, and the machine automatically shuts down safely.
