HZG系列回转滚筒干燥机

概述   Description

        HZG回转滚筒干燥机是主体略带倾斜并能在一定范围内可调转速的圆筒体，湿物料由加料机送入圆筒内，在内筒均布的抄板器翻动下，物料在干燥器内均匀颁与分散并与通过筒内的热风(并流或逆流)充分接触，加快了干燥传热、传质。从而达到干燥的目的，该设备可选用各种形式抄板来适应不同的物料，结构简单，运转可靠，维修方便，生产能力大。

After the damp raw material is put into the drier from on end, it is turned over through string-up rake inside the cylinder and distributed uniform in the fried and contacted with counter curent hot air fully. It speeds up heat and mass conducting of dry．During the purpose of dry, raw material is effected by stirring-up rake with gradient and hot air, it can be moved and passed through the dry region and then discharge the finished product.

应用   Application

       适用于
       1.化工、矿山、冶金等行业大颗粒，比重大物料干燥，如：矿山、高炉矿渣、煤、金属粉末、磷肥、硫铵。
       2.对有特殊要求的粉状、颗粒状物料的干燥，如：Hp发泡剂、酒糟渣、轻质碳酸钙、活性白土、磁粉、石墨、药渣。
       3.要求低温干燥，且需大批量连续干燥的物料。

Applicable for drying big particles, heavy particles in chemical, mining, and metallurgy, such as mining area, cinder of blast furnace, coal, powder of metal, phosphate fertilizer and thiamine. For drying the powder or particles with special requirements, such as HP foaming blowing agent, residule of alcohol, light calcium carbonate, active clay, magnetic powder, graphite, and residue of medicine. For materials to be dried under low temperature and large lot continuous production.
