一、工作原理及应用范围介绍Introduction of Working Principle and Scope of Application
Ozone is a kind of strong oxidant, and the biochemical oxidation reactionwill be occurred during the sterilization process. When the humidity is high enough, the ozone gas has strongkilling effect to microorganism in the air or on the object surface. Generally, the sterilization principles are as follows:
1. The ozone inactivates and kills the bacteria through oxygenolysis of enzyme required by the glucose of the bacteria.
2. The ozone has direct reaction with bacteria and virus to damage their organelle, DNA and RNA, as well as metabolism of bacteria, thus to kill the bacteria.
3. The ozone invades in the cell through membrane organization and acts on the lipoprotein of outer membrane and inside lipopolysaccharide to cause permeabilitydistortion of bacteria, thus to dissolve and kill the bacteria.
The ozone is featured by strong sterilization without residue, and is applicable to sterilization of mold, raw and auxiliary materials, packing materials, work clothes, containers and appliances of pharmacy, biological product, hospital, and chemicalindustry; it can be used to replace the UV radiator and high temperature & pressure sterilization. What’s more, it is free of secondary pollution. The ozone is widely applied in:
Sterilization of medical treatment and public health industry, food and drinks industry, preschool education system, financial system, and system of library books and archives, such as disinfection and storage of drug ware, surgical instruments and clothes; disinfection and mold control of books, archives and paper moneys; refreshment of fruits, vegetables and other items to be disinfected and stored at normal temperature.

2. The ozone sterilization is adopted to produce rapid and thorough sterilization without secondary pollution.
3. The high-quality device with reasonable structure is used as ozone generator to produce long service life and stable ozone output.
4. There are several options for customers, including single-door and double-door models.
5. The front/rear door interlocking mechanism may be adopted. The whole cabinet may be inserted in the wall, and the both sides of partition may be used for placing or picking materials or replacing the delivery window, so as to meet special requirement of the customers.
