Introduction of Working Principle and Scope of Application
Hot air circulating oven uses air as the carrier and steam, electricity or hot blast heater as the heat source. The cold air from the outside of oven, after being heated by the heat source, will pass through the materials in the baking tray for heat exchange after the layering through forced circulation to remove the wet (moisture) generated in evaporation of materials. Then, the air will return to the heat exchange for re-heating. After several rounds of such circulation, when the moisture content in the hot air reaches a certain amount, the moisture removal valve will be opened to remove part of the wet and hot air and supplement part of the low-temperature new cold air, achieving the purpose of continuous drying.
Hot air circulating oven is a kind of common drying equipment widely applicable to various industries. In operation, powdery, granular, blocky, pasty, dilute, aqueous materials and concentrates are placed in the baking tray for drying. It is also call universal drier.
