本仪器是按照GB/T 17144《石油产品残炭测定法》、《ASTM D4530》和《ISO 10370:1993》的标准要求设计制造的。具有外形美观，操作方便等特点,其测试结果与GB/T268(康氏法)测试结果一致。

三、主要特点
仪器外形及结构如上图所示。与传统的康拉特逊残炭测定仪相比本仪器具有以下几项特点：
1、只需少量的试样即可进行试验：
残炭量（%） ＜1 ＞1-5 ＞5
试样量（g） 5.0±0.5 0.5±0.1 0.15±0.05
2、可同时测定12个样品。
3、采用氮气保护气流，确保试验条件不变能够获得良好的重复性和再现性。
4、采用气管导出法排放试验尾气，同康氏法测定仪相比对实验场所的要求更加自由灵活。
5、采用轴流风机进行冷却，有助于降低仪器温度。
6、操作仅需按动“启动"键，一切均由仪器自动进行测试，正常时无需任何操作和判断，试验结束后，蜂鸣器提示试验结束。
7、显示直观明了，方便观察。
