Gauge Valves

Oliver Valves' offer both G12 and GB type Gauge Valves. Our G2 type 2 valve manifolds are designed for remote mounting to static pressure transmitters. Our GB type Gauge Bleed Needle Valves are designed for safe and reliable isolation, giving bubble tight shut off, with non-rotating & anti-galling tip and dynamic self-adjusting spindle seal to give long service life in a variety of applications.

In addition to the standard isolation needle valve, Oliver Valves can provide small manifolds specifically for gauge isolation.

The gauge valve comes in many configurations, ranging from single isolate valves with a bleed port, to block and bleed valves with varying end configurations. Our gauge valves, as standard, are rated to 413bar (6,000psi), but can be rated at 689bar (10,000psi) and are available in a range of different materials.

We offer a variety of different Gauge valves, including:

• Two Valve Manifolds
• Gauge Bleed Needle Valves
• Gauge Vent Valves
• Gauge Multiport Valves

Our Two Valve Manifolds with female x female connections are suitable for wall mounting and bottom venting. The valves will operate up to 6,000 psi. Different materials and a variety of options are available to suit your requirements.

Our Gauge Bleed Valves have a 1/4" UNF bleed outlet. The valves will operate up to 6,000 psi and bleed screws are supplied as standard.

Our Gauge Multiport Valves are supplied with one male inlet and three female outlets. The valves will operate up to 6,000 psi and inlet lagging extensions are available.

Our Gauge Vent Valves have a 1/4" UNF bleed outlet. The valves will operate up to 6,000 psi and bleed screws are supplied as standard.
