3. Precise microporous filter

        从1968年开始，作者与其助手就从事高分子微孔过滤管为过滤介质的精密微孔过滤机的结构开发，结合各个不同工业生产不同物料的不同过滤要求，前后共进行了30多种精密过滤机的结构研究，至今已定型了PGK、PGH、PGR、PGW、PGP、PGX、PGB等几种结构类型，有的过滤机结构或其中部份结构已获得国家或正在申请。

        From the beginning of 1968, the author and his assistants have engaged in the development of the structure of precise microporous filter with polymer microporous filter tubes as filter media. Integrating the different filtration requirements of the different suspension in various different industrial productions, we have researched the structure of more than 30 kinds of precise filters. From now on we have confirmed several types, such as PGK, PGH, PGR, PGW, PGP, PGX, PGB. Some filter structures have obtained the national patent, and part of the structures have been being applied for patent.

        3.1精密微孔过滤机的型号与规格

        3.1 Models and specifications of precise microporous filters

        3.1.1 PGK型号系列：

        3.1.1 PGK Model Series:


        图1系PGK型号精密微孔过滤机的外型照片。这类精密过滤机由椭圆形封头，圆柱形壳体与锥台形下壳体三大部份组成，锥台形底部为气缸开闭的能卸除干滤饼的底盖。高分子微孔过滤管垂直装在圆柱形壳体内。

        Figure 1 is the appearance photo of PGK type precise microporous filter. Such precise filter is made up of oval head, cylindrical shell and the cone-shaped bottom. At the bottom of the cone-shaped shell, there is the bottom cover which can discharge dry cake and is controled to be open or close by pneumatic cylinder. Polymer microporous filter tubes are installed inside the cylindrical shell vertically.

        PGK型号系列的过滤面积有10、15、20、30、40、60、80、100、150、200、300、400米2等规格。圆柱形筒体的内径根据过滤面积与每个过滤周期内滤饼层平均厚度而定。zui小直径为500毫米，zui大有3000毫米。底部的排滤饼底盖的直径应根据每周期卸除的滤饼体积而定，zui小为200毫米，zui大为1600毫米。

        PGK model series have many specifications, such as filter areas of 10,15,20,30,40,60,80,100,150,200,300,400 m2. The diameter of cylindrical shell depends on the filter areas and the average thickness of cake each filtration cycle. The minimum diameter is 500 mm, and the maximum is 3000 mm. The diameter of bottom cover for discharging cake should be based on the volume of the cake each filtration cycle, the minimum of 200 mm, the maximum of 1600 mm. 

        3.1.2 PGH型号系列

        3.1.2 PGH Model Series

        PGH型号系列是浙江省温州市东瓯微孔过滤有限公司开发成功的新型过滤机，已获国家。图2是该过滤机的外形照片。

        PGH model series are a new type of filter developed by Wenzhou Dongou Micro-Filtration Ltd. Company, which has achieved the national patent. Figure 2 is the shape photo of the filter. 

        PGH型号的外形与PGK型号的外形类似，但其底盖直径均是大直径，其内部的微孔过滤管是多层叠加，既可将每批料液在PGH型过滤机内基本滤完，又可保证较干滤饼能从机内向外排除。

        The shape of PGH model is similar to the shape of PGK model, but the diameter of its bottom cover is large, and its internal microporous filter tubes are multi-layer stack. Not only each batch of suspension material can be filtered out basicly in PGH-type filter, but also it can ensure that dry cake can be discharged from the inside filter to the outside filter.


        PGH型过滤机特别适用于批号严格，上下批料液不能混批的物料过滤，如制药生产与食品生产等工业生产就有此要求。

        PGH-type filter is especially suitable for the suspension of strict batch, without mixed batch, such as pharmaceutical production and food production. 

        PGH型号系列已有5、10、15、20、30、40、60、100米2等规格，圆柱形壳体从550至2000毫米，底盖直径从550至1600毫米。

        PGH model series have many specifications,such as filter areas of 5,10,15,20,30,40,60,100 m2. The diameter of the cylindrical shell is from 550 to 2000 mm, and the diameter of bottom cover is from 550 to 1600 mm.

        3.1.3 PGR型号系列

        3.1.3 PGR Model Series

        PGR型号的内部结构与PGK型号类似，外形或者与PGK型号类似，或者其底部不是锥台形壳体，而是椭圆形封头。底部不需大直径的排干滤饼底盖，只用球阀或蝶阀，这些阀门可以是电动，或者气动，或者手动。

        The internal structure of PGR model is similar to PGK model, and the shape is similar, too. Instead of the cone-shaped bottom, it is oval-shaped bottom. It does not need large-diameter bottom cover to discharge dry cake, generally only with ball valve or butterfly valve. The valves can be electric or pneumatic, or manual. 

        PGR型号主要用于含固量很少的液体精密澄清过滤，每次卸除的固体物很少。

        PGR model is mainly used for liquid precise clarification filtration, and the cake discharged is little each time.

        PGR型号系列的过滤面积有5、10、15、20、30、40、60、80、100、150、200、300、400米2等规格，圆柱形壳体的直径zui小为400毫米，zui大为3000毫米。底部的排渣阀门的直径一般不超过300毫米。

        The filter areas of PGR model series has the specifications of 5,10,15,20,30,40,60,80,100,150,200,300,400 m2. The diameter of the cylindrical shell is from 400 mm to 3000 mm. The diameter of discharging valve at the bottom is generally not more than 300 mm. 

        3.1.4 PGX型号系列

        3.1.4 PGX Model Series


        图3是PGX型号的内部结构简图，该过滤机是浙江省温州市东瓯微孔过滤有限公司开发出来，已获国家。

        Figure 3 is the internal structure of PGX model, and the filter is developed by Wenzhou Dongou Micro-Filtration Ltd. Company, which has achieved the national patent. 

        该过滤机与PGH型号的结构类似，但其内部有一搅拌浆，主要适用于对滤饼洗涤要求高，洗涤水量较大的洗涤过滤。

        The structure of PGH models is similar to PGH model, but there is one internal mixing agitator, which is mainly applied in the washing filtration with high cake washing requirement and a great quantities of washing water.

        PGX型号系列的过滤面积有0.5、1、1.5、2、5、10、20、30、40、60米2等规格，其外形尺寸与内部结构视滤饼体积，洗涤水量及洗涤要求而定。

        The filter areas of PGX model series has many specifications, such as 0.5,1,1.5,2,5,10,20,30,40,60 m2. Its dimensions and internal structure depend on the cake volume, the volume of washing water and washing requirements.

        3.1.5PGP型号系列

        3.1.5 PGP Model Series

        PGP型号精密微孔过滤机主要用于处理量不大，固体浓度较高，固体微粒又很细的精密过滤，过滤后可对滤饼进行静止洗涤，zui后得到干滤饼。

        PGP model precise microporous filter is mainly used for the precise filtration with the less volume, higher solid concentration and fine solid particles. After filtration, static washing can be carried out on cake, and dry cake is finally got. 


        PGP型号过滤机有两种卸料方式。一种是筒体翻转卸料，一种是底盖翻转卸料。图4系筒体翻转卸料过滤机的外形照片，图5系底盖翻转卸料过滤机的外形照片。

        PGP model filter has two discharging methods. One is that the cake is discharged with reversing cylindrical shell, and the other is that the cake is discharged with reversing the bottom cover. Figure 4 is the photo of cylinder reversed discharging filter, and Figure 5 is the photo of bottom cover reversed discharging filter.

        PGP型号过滤机内部的过滤介质或是一块水平过滤板，或是水平过滤板与其他形状的过滤介质组合而成的组合板。

        The filter medium inside PGP type filter is a level filter plate, or a combination plate made up of the level filter plate and filter media of other shape. 

        PGP型号系列的过滤面积有0.5、0.8、1、2、3、5、10、20、30、40等过滤面积规格，圆筒体内径有550、800、1000、1200、1400、1600毫米等。

        The filter areas of PGP model series have many specifications, such as 0.5,0.8,1, 2,3,5,10,20,30,40 m2. The diameter of cylindrical body is various, such as 550,800,1000,1200,1400,1600 mm and so on.
