本机组由剪切式滚刀轧碎机、粉碎主
机、旋风分离器、布袋除尘器、星型排料器、进风蝶阀、离心式风机、电气控制箱等组成。是一台比较完整的中型粉碎机组。可用于医药、化工、轻工、食品等行业的粉碎加工。
特点：全部粉碎过程一经加料后物料就
在一个封闭的系统中自行流转，直到细粉排出，无需人工操作，物料污染机会少，管道均采用快卸夹头，清洗方便，有利制药行业的GMP达标。
工作原理：块状或板状物料从轧碎机
加料口进入轧碎机，由轧碎机轧碎后直接入粉碎机粉碎，细粉经筛板小孔排除，进入风管，由风力将细粉送入旋风分离器，绝大部分的细粉由装在旋风分离器下端的星形排料器排出，直接进入贮粉桶或贮粉袋。夹带少量粉尘的气流由布袋除尘器除尘后经离心风机排空。

Working Disiplines: block or plate materials feeding from the mouth into the crushing machine, then into the jet milling directly, powder excluded through the sieve holes into the wind pipe, the wind will make fine Powder into the cyclone separator, most of the fine powder from the bottom of the star-shaped feeder row discharge and then into
storage bins or storage chalks directly. Airflow with a small amount of dust, dedusting from the bag dust filter, evacuate through the windy sub-butterfly valve.
