本机用以将各种颗粒状原料压制成圆型片剂，于小批量生产。其特点是转盘上可装19付冲模，旋转一周即可压制19片。转盘速度 、物料的充填深度、压片厚度均可调节。机上的机械缓冲装置可避免过载而引起的机件损坏。机体一则配有吸粉箱，通过吸咀可吸限机器运转时产生的粉尘，避免粘结堵塞。
本机曾获国家医药管理局优质产品奖。
This machine is suitable for pressing round tables from varios kinds of granular materials,specially for smallscale batch production and dies,so 19 tablets will be pressed for each revolutin of theturret. During operation,the speed of the turret r-otation,the depth of the filling material and thethickness of the tablets unit will precent punches and apparatus from overload demage.A powder suctionunit is attached to take in the residual powder during operat-ion,so that the blockage by the residual powder can be eliminiated and the collected powder material can be reused.
