DESCRIPTIONBD FACS™ lysing solution is intended for lysing red blood cells following direct immunofluorescence staining of human peripheral blood cells with monoclonal antibodies prior to flow cytometric analysis. BD FACS lysing solution is appropriate for use with reagents such as BD Tritest™ or BD Simultest™ reagents and a suitably equipped flow cytometer. It may be used in both lyse/wash and lyse/no-wash procedures. RESOURCES & TOOLS
PREPARATION AND STORAGEBD FACS lysing solution (10X) is stable until the expiration date shown on the bottle label when stored as directed. Do not use this reagent if discoloration occurs or a precipitate forms. FACS溶血素（BDIS Catalog No.349202）用于PBMCs，培养细胞与全血制备，主要有3个作用：(1) 全血制备时用于溶解红细胞 (2) 固定外表位 (3) 辅助通透剂 FACS溶血素使用前用无离子水1：10稀释，勿用PBS或其它缓冲液。而且FACS溶血素必须与FACS通透液一起使用，即使是培养细胞的检测。 |
