卧式螺带式混合机是一种常用的工业混合设备，适用于粉状、颗粒状和纤维状物料的混合和均匀化。它采用水平放置的结构，主要由机身、传动装置、搅拌装置、进料口、排料口等组成。
广泛应用于化工、制药、食品、冶金等行业。它可用于混合干粉、颗粒状物料，如化肥、染料、农药、药品原料等；也可用于混合湿润的物料，如饲料、糊状材料等。由于其优良的混合效果和均匀性，卧式螺带式混合机在工业生产中得到了广泛应用。

工作原理如下：利用内外螺旋叶片的旋转来实现物料的混合。内螺旋叶片将物料从两侧抬起，向中心推进；而外螺旋叶片则将物料从中心抬起，向两侧推进。通过不断重复这个过程，物料在混合机内得到充分的搅拌和混合，从而达到均匀混合的效果。
WLDH型卧式螺带式混合机特点(Brief)：
1、主要用于制药、化工、食品等行业的混合。

2、适用于干颗粒、粉末和粘稠物料的混合，适合大中批量生产。
Suitable to blend dry granules, powders or pasty materials; suit to large or medium scale production.
3、不锈钢制作，二层螺旋桨叶连续旋转混合，外层螺旋将物料从两侧向中汇集，内层螺旋将物料从中向两侧分流，使物料在混合槽内形成对流混合，从而达到高均匀度混合效果。
The machine is made with stainless steel. Two strip screw type paddle rotate continuously to blend the materials. The external screw gathers the materials inwards while the internal screw disperses the materials outwards with convective mixing inside the cavity to realize high uniformity mixed materials.
4、本机根据要求可配有加热和喷雾功能。
Heating and spray system is configurable upon request.
