进口单级立式轴流泵概述：

单级立式轴流泵,液体沿泵轴轴线方向流动。本型水泵扬程低、流量大，适用于吸送清水或物理及化学性质类似水的其它液体之用，吸送液体的zui高温度为50°C，故主要供农田排灌之用，也用于工业上热电站输送循环水，都市提升给水，船坞升降水位或其它水利工程等，使用范围十分广泛。泵轴采用优质碳素钢制成，它藉上下两只橡皮（或塑料）轴承来支承。运转过程中,提供了用水来润滑轴承的良好条件。泵轴上端的一只轴承，因多半高出水面，所以在填料涵（或密封盖）上装一短管，供起动前灌输清水润滑该轴承之用（待起动出水后，灌水即可停止）。轴承颈部是一优质碳素钢的轴套，表面涂有硬铬，以提高耐磨性和抗蚀性。其它主要零件如：喇叭管、叶轮座、叶轮外壳、导叶体、轴承座、弯管、填料涵（或密封盖）和联轴器等均用铸铁制造。填料涵内装有填料，密封盖内装有橡胶密封圈，以提高水的密封性。泵轴一端装有一对刚性联轴器，用左螺纹（倒牙）螺母固紧，全调节型泵用卡环固定。水泵叶轮的转向，朝吸入口看，为逆时针方向。水泵的叶轮外壳（或连于导叶体、进水喇叭上）与叶轮的两相邻表面，均呈圆球形面。这样保证叶片在任何安装角度时，叶轮处圆与泵壳之间有很小的空隙，以减少回流水量损失。概据使用需要，该型水泵可按：“工作性能表"增速或降速使用或调节叶片的安装角度,变更流量及扬程，扩大使用范围。叶片采用优质铸铁制造，叶轮均经静平衡校验出厂。叶片用叶片螺母（或叶片紧圈）固紧于叶轮座上，叶片与叶轮座相邻表面有角度线。水泵出厂时，叶片之安装角度均多为“零”度，用户可根据需要，按照性能表自行调整叶片安装角度

Introduction of imported single stage vertical axial flow pump:
