主要特点：
风机采用活塞环密封设计能够满足高转速的要求，zui高转速可达3000rpm，所有与密封面接触的轴端面都经过抛光处理，以减少密封面的磨损，并降低其泄漏风险。摆线式叶轮线性设计能够输送更高压力的气体，zui高压力可达1.05bar（g)。齿轮材质全部为热处理后的合金钢，分体式齿轮设计更便于安装拆卸。另外特殊的壳体设计，即使在输送高压力气体时也无需水冷。
