双锥形混合机

双锥形混合机使用说明

1. 使用时检查一下温度、电源是否适用设备 定制范围内进行工作 ( 合同所定标准 )

2. 双锥形混合机先将导热油加进夹套内，接通电源启动温 控仪工作，按照合同所定的温度范围内操作 ( 用户自己选购规定内导热油 )。

3. 注意接线安全均按相关定制标准要求进行。

4. 当夹套内上下温度不均衡或差异过大，请 自配循环泵进行调整 ( 外配置安装见左圈所 示 )，温度正常均衡此装置无需安装。

5. 根据地区及适用范围不同，自己需要加夹 套外保温棉，请用户根据实际情况加配 ( 注： 本机出厂时无此配置 )。

1,In operation, check the temperature and whether the power can work in the custmoized scope of the equipment(the standard which the contract made) 2,First fill the heat-conducting oil into the jacket, then switch on the power and start the temperature controller to  work  and  operate  according  to  the  designated temperature scope in the contract(the user choose to purchase the designated heat-conducting oil) 3,Note:wiring safety comply with the relevant cusomized standards' requirement.

4,If the temperature from the top to bottom are not balanced or occurs a large difference. Please equip a circulation pump to adjust. If the temperature is normal,the device neen't the mounting.

5,According to different areas and applications, if the user wants to equip with heat-insulation asbestos, please equip additionally to the actual situation(note:the machine is without such configuration when it is sold)
